We hired Alexander's a few weeks ago to clean a large open plan living room carpet which receives heavy foot traffic in addition to enduring young children and a dog. The carpet looks brand new and has been rid of stains which had survived many a previous attempt at cleaning with typical supermarket products. Well worth the money for a clearly visible improvement to our home!

Alex did an amazing job for us today. He was highly professional, experienced and clearly took pride in his work. We’ve used various carpet and upholstery cleaners in the past but none have close to Alex’s standards. He’ll be our only choice in the future and I can’t recommend him enough.

Alexander just completed a full house carpet clean and has done the best job, removing old makeup stains, coffee/tea marks and generally a great deep clean - the carpets look brand new and even have the new carpet smell back. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

I used Alexander’s carpet cleaning for a full house carpet cleaning before I moved into to a new property. Alex had great attention to detail and I can already see the results in the carpets. He explained the process and was very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend him.

We hired Alexander to carry out a deep clean of our carpets in several rooms and are amazed at the results. It's transformed our living space, especially knowing that the carpets are now super clean! He was clearly experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and proud of his work; he explained all of the different stages of the job and the type of product he would use which would be suitable for carpet type/any issues. I was worried about large furniture items but he worked round them no problem, moving them in stages. Would not hesitate to use again/recommend...don't even think about wasting your money doing it yourself/hiring a machine when you can achieve this result for a fraction more with someone who actually knows what they are doing!

Excellent service- we have a velour material sofa that was looking so scruffy and damaged from our dogs, we thought we might have to throw it out and get a new one. It now looks good as new, and has been totally transformed. Our living room rug was also cleaned, and looks like it did the day we bought it. I'd highly recommend this service for any furniture/rugs/carpets you need cleaning.

Alex visited today to clean 2 carpets, our corner sofa and an armchair. He was on time, professional and did an outstanding job! Our carpet and furniture are well used with 3 kids and multiple pets but they look fantastic now, I can’t believe the difference! I only wish I’d booked him sooner. We will definitely be getting it done regularly from now on.

Two hours to clean a large sitting room carpet, covered in heavy furniture, and so quick.
The colour of our wool carpet was restored to its original colour and we are very pleased
with the result.

Alex provided a brilliant clean of our lounge and dining room carpet, as well as removing a couple of stains from our dining room chairs. On a light-coloured carpet there were plenty of toddler-caused marks and stains, all of which have been removed. The carpet looks like new, the service was professional and timely, and we'd certainly recommend his services to anyone.
